Comments Thread For: Peter Fury: If We Can Get Klitschko in March, We'll Fight!

According to trainer/uncle Peter Fury, undefeated Tyson Fury (20-0, 14KOs) is ready to fight WBC king Vitali Klitschko in March - if Vitali (45-2, 41KOs) decides to continue his boxing career. The 41-year-old champion may retire to begin a career in politics. Fury is looking to snatch away the WBC shot from countryman David Haye, who spent the last year pursuing the shot at Vitali.

If he doesn't want to take on the best as the champion, he should give the belt up-

Tyson Fury could end up in a body bag if this fight goes through. Fury does not deserve a title shot with his lack of skill and heavily padded resume........Rockin'

Fury is ranked by the WBC and wants to go for the belt. Why should he mention someone who is a champion of an organisation he is not ranked in.

Fury might want to fight a tall fighter in preparation for a Klitschko.

The day he does that is the day he loses...

Wait till you see Fury trying to outjab and box someone his own size.

This, although I think Vitali (if chooses not to retire) would beat both. Win over Tyson would probably do more as I am sure Tyson can do more in HW than Haye did.
