Even though I don't like Chavez, I think he's too big and strong for Pavlik.

Plus I don't think Pavlik has the speed or footwork to be able to out manoeuvre Chavez and if Chavez put the work in it wouldn't surprise me if he stopped Pavlik.

i don't think pavlik could make 160 anymore. even if he could, i would assume that if this fight was ever made, it'd be at 168.
i wouldn't be too confident in choosing either guy, but if i had to choose i'd go with chavez by decision. he's the fresher of the two, might have a better chin, and if he puts in the work for this fight, i can see him winning more rounds. imo it all depends on how busy chavez plans to be in this fight.

this fight would be at 168. People saying Chavez Jr is too big for Kelly? Not sure how you figure. Kelly is taller and his body is just as used to fighting at 168 as Jr would be, even more so.

Kelly has the jab to keep Chavez Jr outside and eating straight rights for a KO or comfy UD
