Freddie Pendletons record was less than stellar but after being picked up by somebody and being financialy backed he turned things around. He was 31-15-4 or something like that when he won his title.......Rockin'

I doubt there is one, a fighter with more losses than wins isn't getting a title shot and the champions aren't going to fight someone like that even as a tune up.
