Man, this world title really ****ed up Canelo. Golden Boy has done a perfect job with him in terms of bringing him along slowly but with ever-increasing competition. The world title puts the pressure on him to face a top fighter, but is he ready for Floyd or Trout?

Well, he's got the belt so **** it. Man up or go home; too many good fighters at 154 to be holding that belt hostage. May as well see if he's the real deal or not. Trout is a bad matchup for him, but if he wins then people can't talk ****.

Agreed Paul mah homie. The belt came too early IMO. They shoulda waited and feed him someone like Angulo. I give them credit for tryin the Kirkland fight. But anybody who knows a little bit about Boxing knows that without Pops and Anne, James is just a shell of a fighter.

some major differences between the two. First Morales fought a double tough sonovabytch in the champion Zaragoza for his title. To call Mathew Hatton a second rate 147lb contender would be kind and thats the guy Canelo beat for the 154lb title! In Morales 3rd defense he faced Junior Jones who had beaten Berrera twice. In 6 title fights Canelo has yet to fight a credible challenger and the Josito Lopez fiasco can't be forgiven. Name one fighter through out history that when their fight fell through, they fought a fringe contender from two weight devisions below

But since you on here looking for beef name 1 decent fighter ginger beat, who wasn't shot, old, or undersized buddy.
Trout doesn't have a decent name on his list not ecen old shot undersize or whatever so why hype the hell out of him?

days after beating his one and only name opponent you're acting like he is some beast and making threads about Canelo supposedly ducking him just being honest here bro

Its not so much the world title as the fact that he was given it to build him up as a superstar and an opponent for Mayweather. As a superstar Floyd opponent, and one holding a title, he's an unproven hypejob that doesn't deserve the recognition or payday.

Beating Trout would change that. Make the fight happen.
