And even if it did come with PEDS, I still wouldn't buy it cuz that industry isn't regulated and who know what hes putting in them. In the youtube vid, it looked like he just went to a mexican pharmacy, bought some stuff, grinded it up and then boiled it. No laboratory, no fancy lab equipment, not even gloves.
