If I was Pavlik I'd prefer the Arthur Abraham fight. Unless Bute is willing to pay him significantly more than AA.

Pavlik and Sergio were even going into the 9th round. What does that mean? I think everyone would agree that Sergio is a much better boxer than both Froch and Bute. I also don't believe that Pavlik is as washed up as most other fans seem to believe.

Now here is a man that is making some sense. I dont see how Bute could be a clear favorite taking this into consideration. Especially since he is one fight removed from being demolished by Froch. I think this is a 50/50 fight. Too bad there isnt as much at stake this go round since Bute lost his title.

I wouldnt bet a cent on Bute after the way he folded against Froch.

This is a real crossroads fight for him. If I was Team Pavlik, I would look at jumping on Bute, really take it to him early, try to hurt him from round 1.

50/50 fight, with possibly a slight advantage to Bute.

Sergio is also a lot smaller than these guys, and never showed interest in moving up to fight them

I agree man. Bute hasnt proven a thing against a world class fighter, we know more about Pavlik at this stage. Plus who knows where Bute is at mentally, Kelly looks to be in a better place right now.

Pavlik should look at jumping on Bute from the word go. Make it clear that this will be a nasty fight, dont let him settle in.

I really like this fight. I hope it gets made over AA. The rumor mill is bustling over some speculation that Pavlik may be boozing again. Hopefully, that's not the case. Pavlik has a good punch even though it doesn't appear to be as crippling as it was at MW. Bute has a lot to prove this fight. Both guys do.

Do you mean in the fight that Cintron got knocked out in? And I will tell you what I think about Froch's power. Since the Bute fight his power has been vastly overrated.
