They will talk about that fight and what a ripoff it was for months whenever boxing gets brought up. In three months time when the next bout comes on or whenever it happens to be, if they have it on NBC, they will be leave the channel on NBC like they do every night.

There will be someone in the house complaining about the outcome of the last time this came on as they are making their way to the kitchen to pop some popcorn. The possibility of a KO ending alone would keep them interested and others will want to see if it will end in another robbery or not. Sure some won't want to watch but I think more people will tune in just because it's on the channel they normally watch.

They need to put some KO artists on there and have a night of knockouts. Short fights with a guy laying flat on the canvas.....no need for the fancy stuff, no high caliber fighters. Low cost fights with a decent guy beating up on a can, the casual fans just want to see KO's...that's why they are showcasing HW's I assume. Put Kimbo Slice on there against some no hopers and the ratings would go through the roof.

Anyone know what the final number is?

The last fight jumped up to 1.8 million after the final tally came in, this might be 2 mill.

OKay so ... 3.2 million, wow. Incredible for that card and timeslot. Those are primetime numbers for NBC.
