However the guy ducked, came up with his random testing, with his 60-40 deal, and probably if Pacquiao would have agreed to that he would have asked him to wear Grant instead of Reyes lol.

What did you expect? This May/Pac nonsense has been going on for years. These two are eternally linked. Every time one of them does something, people bring up the other guy. Pac fans would have gone just as insane if it was Mayweather who had gotten KTFO.
