He has a lot of skills. You just can't see it cuz you don't like him.

I never once said I don't like him, did I?

I agree he's talented, but your argument right here is pretty juvenile

I'm a realist. It's easy for him to look so good against Escobedo and his most noteworthy win was against DeMarco. Tell me who else he has beaten to give him this God like status that had him jumping for nowhere to 5th on a P4P list?

Realistically, I think he would lose luster because he wouldn't have that size/reach advantage he does now.

lol dont be so sure. he's already gettin pitted against 147 guys when he's at 135, so i dont see it too long before he goes to 147, and there'll be plenty there. always is always has been

I can tell just by the way you talk about him. Its called reading between the lines. I'll admit he hasn't proven himself yet, but that's why we are talking about him. That's what makes the conversation interesting. And where are you getting God like status? Just because a few guys here like him? A FEW. If you haven't noticed at least 75% of the posters here can't stand the guy.

How did you like it when everyone was saying Margarito was winning on size and that he should quite picking on little guys and move up and fight guys his own size? You're doing the same thing here.

That's the thing. I don't mind Broner, but I think he's getting far too much credit for things he has not earned and accomplished yet.

God like status was an appropriate term, as I said he jumped up p4p rankings and has people thinking he can walk through entire weight divisions with no problems whatsoever.

You shouldn't read between the lines though, I say exactly what I mean. No need to insert things into my statements.

I'm not comfortable with thinking Broner can beat established fighters at 140 when he's not really shown himself at 135.

Did you miss Rios Alvarado? I'll admit, I was wanting to see Alvarado win, but Bramdon showed why he has all the hype behind him. Tell me when Broner did that?

Unless the 147 guys move down, he beats everyone at 140.

Hell he could move up now and beat Pauli and hold a title at 147 as it is.

Why does it bother you though? Who cares if some of us think he's better than what you think he is. We are just giving our opinions. That's what makes this forum fun and interesting. This place wouldn't exist without opinions. Do I think he's ready right now to move up and take everyone out? No, but I think there's a good chance if they take their time (not too much time) he will be more than ready by the time he gets there. I think he is improving with every fight. I think its ridiculous people keep bring up the Ponce fight, when that was then and this is now. I don't think he will look as good as he did against Demarco in every fight for now on, because that had a lot to do with styles, but it did say something about him as a fighter. Anyone that doesn't see the potential there is blinded for some reason or another. A lot of it has to to with dislike for the guy.
