As much as I want to believe that I just dont think Leo right now has that pop to do it. Mares took bombs from agbeko, vic, yhonny, morel, moreno and still nothing really phased him. Leo aint that big of a puncher in his own weight class he just breaks dude down.

The thing is that I don't see anything great in mares ...leo have great defence and great conditioning..I believe that he beat everybody @ 122...I not sure if Rigo or Donaire can stop this guy...I see great things in this little dude...

What else can Golden Boy do? Arum won't negotiate or compromise.

and I will have to agree with you for the most part, Mares I have him in the Froch category just two really basic guys that do nothing great but just some tenacious motherfuckers, they just go out to win and they dont stop, I think Leo cant jump from his fights into a mares type pace fight for the full 12. He only been 12 twice both of which eventualy just switched to survival mode.
