He beats Chagaev who was champ, but WBA decides not to give belt to Wlad instead give it to winner of Haye-Valuev

Haye gets belt and loses it to Wlad.

WBA gives him "super" belt and gives regular one to Povetkin

Now Povetkin using the "belt" to negotiate a fight.

What a complete joke, how many times will Wlad win this belt and have it stripped?
