This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. This is what the WBC does best.

What good is that silver title that Cuello has? It doesn't even get what was promised while scumbag Sulaiman makes money somewhere else. Sulaiman will protect Zhong for the Chinese connections (cash), but the Chinese don't need his protection. If they want champions, they can do it without his protection. This just insures his slice of the Chinese boxing pie and he will let Zhong defend this title against no hope fighters til he can get a big payday for a loss. In this case though, it may come before the big payday, Zhong isn't that good.

China finally has a world title holder who's on his way of becoming a paper champ. Expect more paper champs from China in the future.

Sulaiman went back on his word and stabbed someone in the back? What a shock!

The only ones immune from his corruption are Canelo and Chavez Jr.

No, he's absolutely a paper champion. Zhong is the ONLY world titleholder that is not rated in the top ten rankings of The Ring.

This is Jose Sulayman's project and one of his business ventures. Earning dollars through bribery so some nations will finally have a paper champ. I wonder what's next for Sulayman? First Indian paper champ, first Malaysian paper champ, first Singaporean paper champ...and the list goes on.
