    Mosley @ 147

    De La Hoya (12 rounds)
    Forrest x 2 (12 rounds)
    Cotto (12 rounds)
    Mayweather (12 rounds)
    Pacquiao (12 rounds)
    Collazo (12 rounds)
    Margarito (9 rounds)

Tony aside, where's all the Mosley KO power at 147?

Ortiz only had 2(?) fights at 147 and Canelo's opponents have been of questionable quality at 154. I felt Cotto's power (or lack thereof) at 154 was exposed against Trout.

So in answer to your question OP, I think the jury is out.

      Mosley for sure
and don't think Alvarez would get any really big shots in on Floyd
Floyd can be hit, but it's hard finding him with serious power shots
Alvarez would never get him in trouble

Canelo likely hits the hardest because hes naturally the biggest. The only question mark that remains is how effective he will be against live opponents at his weight class because he hasnt fought one yet.

Mosley doesnt hit super hard like trinidad or anything but still has good power, hits harder that pacquiao as the margo fights showed. He relied on his power more in older age, probably some because his skills are declining and probably some to please the fans. If you look at the mayorga fight, he was struggling there a bit and needed that KO to be sure of a win so he will take the risk for it because he has a granite chin.

Ortiz has good power but its only evident when he fights someone at his own level that he can land it on. Since his chin also sucks and he likes to trade, well he ends up getting floored and KOed himself.

I think canelo has the best power, mosley the 2nd best but the skill to connect very clean shots at times and ortiz the third with him not able to connect on very good defensive fighters.
