By the way, I think I'd give Cunningham a better than even chance to beat the following members of my top 10: Povetkin (Huck basically did it, and I think Cunningham is definitely better than Huck and has a better style to trouble Povetkin), Chisora, and Solis (especially if Solis' knee slows him down like it appeared to against Airich).

Cunningham doesn't have knockout power at heavyweight by any means, but Adamek doesn't either at a decent level of opposition, and until last night he had been a fixture in the top 5. Povetkin and Chambers don't really either, and Pulev and Chisora only barely do. At this point, it's hard not to view Cunningham as a top 5 heavyweight, even if he doesn't necessarily match up well against a lot of his peers.

Cunningham should either fight Arreola (which he beats) or go back to CW

Honestly, even though I don't rate Arreola highly at present, I don't think that's a good match-up for Cunningham. Arreola has stopping power, and is way too aggressive and reckless with regard to his own safety to keep his hands at home the way Adamek too often did. I think he would be able to find Cunningham with more than enough frequency to put him down and/or hurt him more than once, and probably stop him. Cunningham has a chin that has proved iffy at best lately, and too often shows inadequate defense to protect it. He just was fortunate enough to be fighting a slow and tentative opponent who lacked one-punch power.
