How do they have Broner over Pacquiao because he lost? Broner shouldn't even be on here at all. And I think Martinez should be over Marquez and Mayweather shouldn't stay #1 just for being a hype machine. (In my opinion)

i noticed that they put donaire back at #5....before they had him below broner at #6 which is criminal...still a joke that broner is even on the list though.
