Say Marquez gets a rematch with Floyd via late 2013, what if he knocks out Floyd? What do you think that would that do for his legacy?

It'd be huge. Greatest Mexican fighter ever, etc.

That would be huge but wont happen. Marquez was clearly using peds. And thats fine cause Pac was clearly using peds later in his carreer when he fought at the heavier weight classes. So Pac got a taste of his own medicine. If Marquez were to fight PBF again he will most likely get KO'ed. He is older now and PBF will enforce olympic style drug testing.

The same Marquez that tested clean after the fight? Or a different one?

That Marquez wont make it past random Olympic style testing. There are ways to cycle the use of peds so that it doesnt get picked up.

I would imagine he'd be considered the greatest Mex boxer of all-time by quite a lot of people.

It would help his legacy greatly, not that he isn't already considered great.

William Lerch 118-109; Bert Clements 120-107; Dave Moretti 119-108.

He'd be granted a sainthood for performing a bona fide miracle.
