I like Gamboa but man it was Gamboa called out Rios so your 3 weight class logic goes out the window when it was your guy wanting the fight originally, and Gamboa only turned down the money once 50 Cent started sniffing around! That's called greed.

And Gamboa was making upwards of $500,000 for the Rios fight, a career high, yet only got less than $50,000 for the Farenas fight, after taking 15 months off smart business choice!

Golovkin, clearly. Matthysse has names on his resume, so I wouldn't say he's avoided.

If anyone is avoiding guys it's Chris John by refusing to travel! How do you expect other belt holders or good contenders to fight him when they know that they are not going to get the judges decision!

i'm not surprised, he's like the 3rd world champion in his country's history, he's like a guarded national treasure. i don't support it but he has the right to do dictate terms since he has the belt, they're called challengers for a reason

lucas matthysse - guy's a master puncher, his knock out ratio is a testament to that

guillermo rigondeaux - he's the greatest amateur boxer of all time and has all the basics covered

chris john - he's another undefeated boxer and his last 18 bouts were all world championship fights which he won with only 1 draw

yuriorkis gamboa - an olympic gold medalist with an undefeated record

khabib allakhverdiev - an olympic bronze medalist with another undefeated record

deontay wilder - though his undefeated record is mostly hype, his power is no joke and can knock out anyone with his right hand

                feel free to add.

                your thoughts?
The ones I agree with somewhat in bold..... Lucas is just avoided by one man it seems

Apart of me agrees with this statement, look at Ward for instance. He will never give up home field advantage, nor should he, he is the champ.

Makes you really admire the fighters of old who would have to travel worldwide to beatdown the champ in their own backyard.

Canelo is the most avoided. 7 possible opponents went out of their way to avoid fighting him.

Ortiz and Cotto Lost on purpose
Martirosyan and Lara fought to a draw
                    Williams crash left him paralyzed.
                    Kirkland priced himself out.
                    Angulo was deported.
