he hasnt fought anybody! his "reign" at 154 has been vs '47lbers and one '40lber, and he DOESNT deserve a fight vs FMJ cause he hasnt earned it.

The kid has talent, its just too bad his handlers dont put him in vs legit cats to prove it. either that or he knows he cant hang with the top dogs. yeah he was supposed to fight pwill, ortiz etc etc, but he didnt and he didnt even fight someone of note after those fights fell through...........so far his career is pretty shameful. I want to see him vs the laras, angulos, trouts but he dont want none. but if the fmj fight does happen, he gets a boxing lesson. BET

Its an unbiased view bashing his level of competition to this point at 154, his reign as a defending SWW champion has been laughable and I challenge anyone to make an argument as to why I am wrong.

the people who criticize his record aren't "haters". They are right, his comp at 154 is not great. the floyd fight criticism, like bushbaby, is understandable because if Canelo couldn't help sell ppv's and fill arenas, he wouldn't have a snowball's chance in hell of getting a floyd fight.

You do realize that Floyd is nothing but a money fight for Canelo? Canelo main objective here is getting paid. I mean who wouldn't fight Floyd for millions of dollars? This is a guy who ducks his entire division to fight Floyd... He knows he is gonna be rich.
