Well, the Oscar vs Tito fight will be debated about for ever, the truth is if they were going to have a rematch it should've happened when they were both still active. If they fought now niether one would really get that much credit as they are both way way past their prime, and how much glory is there in beating a washed up fighter? I would still watch it though.

Seriously. He picked up trash fighting bums and blown up lightweights his whole title reign. No Quartey, no prime Whitaker, no Page, no Lopez, no Rivera.
Carr was Tito's best win and that was in 94 lmaoComment

What was the better win? Not Campas surely since Carr was a better boxer.
Not Oscar because everyone knows Trinidad really lost.
he didn't even fight Lopez, Quartey, Page, McGirt, Rivera or a pre-rehab Whitaker.
Seriously, how do you be in the division that long and have such a thin resume? Stephens? Pineda? You can't be serious lolComment

- DLH fought campas way after Tito handed Campas his 1st loss..Campas was a undefeated fighter and was no bum.
- DLH fought Oba Carr after Tito handed Carr his first loss and he was no bum.
- Quartey and Tito were going to fight but Quartey fought DLH instead more money.
- DLH vs Sweet Pea I thought Sweet Pea got robbed considering he scored a knock down in that fight and was the champion. Neither guy faced Page or Lopez.
- The only guy that forced DLH to change his style for the fight was Tito, Titos stamina and power forced DLH to run in the later rounds. It was a close fight, but I have seen worse decisions in boxing. I thought it should of been scored a draw. There were no knock downs, and if it was a draw then they would of had to have had a rematch.Comment

There are a few ignorant comments here. When I was younger, I learned that you should stay away from commenting if you don't know much about the subject. Otherwise, you make yourself look like a fool.
Anyway, regarding the fight, it should not happen. The fight is way past its due date although the nostalgia factor might make it interesting. I would watch just because I am a big fan of Trinidad and respect Oscar's abilities, but it's not a fight that holds any meaning today.Last edited by Exciterx30; 12-19-2012, 02:40 PM.Comment

Oscar wasnt even in the division when they were undefeated. Who had Campas beaten before getting the shot knocked out of him?I would watch it.

Trinidad had 4 yeas to fight those guys and never did. Oscar fought 3 p4p'ers in 3 years. Tito fought one in 6 years at the same weight. nuff saidComment
