Absolutely not. Holt is a chinny counterpuncher and is mentally weak. He does have pop but he sits and waits too long for the perfect shot. I don't think he can outbox LP or withstand his pressure. Holt wilts under pressure. He can beat second tier fighters. Lamont is not a second tier fighter. Peterson by late KO.

I don't see this fight happening. Its the same situation as the purse bid with Judah. Both guys could make more money elsewhere. Peterson should just vacate the IBF belt or somethin. Forget this purse bid stuff

I agree, that's exactly what Peterson should do. $50,000 is an insult, Peterson can make 10X more than that. I know Barry Hunter is not going for that.
