People like to talk about how many fights Anthony Joshua's had, think he's had 44 fights?

Jr has fought 19 times overall, amateur & pro together. In his 8th fight he won the Golden Gloves for the Western states of US. He lost his tenth and final bout (by 1pt) against a man at a time when he was still a boy.

That's an incredible amount of inexperience when you consider he fought Pryce. I can't see Eubank Jr being a world champion but at 23, with such inexperience and a heap of talent - it's too soon to write him off now. Whether he's called Chris Eubank Jr or Chris Smith, he's still got something about him.

yeah i dont take to much of his second name but u cant really help it lol he is talented and could do big things but for him to be calling out the likes of degale and saunders calling him out he could be biting off more than he can chew i like the kid but he has to know his place out of all the super mids he has the most pressure on him specially when eubank senior is throwing his 2 cents in time will tell tho i guess

Yeah, I fancy Saunders to do him. Wouldn't be too sure about DeGale though, he's a division higher than Jr at the moment. But I don't really rate DeGale that highly tbh.

Doesn't help that he replicates his Dad's exact style and mannerisms. I'm all for ****iness but you need to be original and make your own name.

Great scene we have at middleweight though.

        Macklin
        Barker
        Murray
        McEwan
        Saunders
        Blackwell
        Eubank Jr
        Ryder

There are a couple others who'll come good too.

yeah are middleweight scene is very bright at the moment the fighters you listed is clear evidence of that im looking forward to see how adam etches progresses ill be keeping my eye on him,the rest of the middleweights down the order have enough expierience to give the new guns a good enough test to see where they are currently at

Would be a great fight! I kind of what to see them kept apart for a bit though so the fight grows more..

Yeah, I admit I was a little too harsh on him, but I was generally speaking about the casual fans who might tune into Channel 5 and see him sharing the bill with Fury. Of course he would use the name recognition to elevate himself above and beyond lads who mightve also done great things before turning professional, and so he should really, so I was wrong to criticise him on that.

from what i saw over the weekend i was not really impressed by BJS, he is easy to hit, his power is overrated and he looks very basic to me, i think Eubank Jr would be a good match up and i think it's a 50/50 fight. Jr has very fast hands and i think BJS will struggle with that.
