    I love the irony !!!

Pacroid and Roach both "refused" testing.

    Marquez welcomed testing.

    Pacroid sued Mayweather

    Marquez is now suing Roach

Regardless of whether you think Marquez is clean or not, Heredia is a scumbag.

      Same goes for Conte.

        Marquez cheated.

There is no doubt in my mind that Marquez cheated. Since when is he stronger than Manny and has one punch K.O.power? Every punch he hit Manny with moved him and the force behind his punches were not normal. He also took Manny shots a little to well in my opinion. I mean, Manny was on his way to stopping Marquez and minus those two brick shots he landed, Manny made him look 40 years old. The only way he EVER beats Manny, is if he cheats. PERIOD. You immature posters are having a ball with this like it's a game or something. You all are haters for not even suspecting he cheated. The prove is in this video and in Marquez's body. Like I said before, he could have killed him and Manny will never be the same and didn't deserve to be cheated. Usain Bolt is also on steroids. NO DOUBT ABOUT IT.

Arum said "Yes." Arum explained that he trusts Heredia because Ariza has "worked under him" and has assured him Memo's methods are clean.

No question and when you add to the fact that Heredia is very ****y and can't keep his mouth shut if he is doping athletes again it is only a matter of time before it is uncovered..

It has nothing to do with Manny getting ko'd, Boxing needs a sophisticated testing system.

Make no mistake about it, this guy is a drug dealer. Just look at the way he talks. Stregth trainers in sports are Americas new drug dealers.

This guy is clearly dirty and the only reason anyone would hire him is for his drug knowledge.

In 2012, boxers Lamont Peterson and Andre Berto have recently tested positive for doping by the VADA (Voluntary Anti-Doping Association). Peterson fight with Amir Khan was cancelled, while Berto's bout with Victor Ortiz was also put on hold.

United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) found Erik Morales to have used Clenbuterol, a fat cutting drug, en route to a rematch with Danny Garcia. However, the fight to the dismay of some, was given a go ahead.

Before the Pacquiao vs Marquez fight, Freddie Roach stated that Marquez body "didn’t look natural.” Marquez is currently thinking of suing Roach. Both Pacquiao and Marquez passed the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) dope test. However, NSAC did not do a random drug tests on the fighters during training. A few days before the fight Top Rank Promoter Bob Arum stated: "If someone's been working 11 weeks and went through a cycle of using performance-enhancing drugs, that cycle's over."

In 2012 Nonito Donaire became the first boxer to have a year-round, random drug testing by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA). He tested negative on his last fight with Arce. It is interesting to note that Victor Conte, the founder the disgraced drug company BALCO, is working with Donaire. The BALCO scandal implicated such athletes such as baseball player Barry Bonds, and boxer Shane Mosley for using performancing enhancing drugs. In addition to Donaire, Conte is currently working with Zab Judah, and Andre Berto.

                Who is Angel Heredia?

Angel Heredia of Mexico is a former dealer of designer drugs for athlete, became a witness for the U.S. Justice Department when the FBI caught him. He was a key witness in the BALCO scandal. Heredia's father is a chemistry professor. Heredia himself is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is an avid chemistry researcher.

Heredia currently trains Usain Bolt and Juan Manuel Marquez.

How to Beat urine testing by Angel Heredia

"There are tablets for the kidneys that block the metabolites of steroids, so when athletes give a urine sample, they don't excrete the metabolites and thus test negative. Or there is an enzyme that slowly consumes proteins - epo has protein structures, and the enzyme thus ensures that the B sample of the doping test has a completely different value than the A sample. Then there are chemicals that you take a couple of hours before the race that prevent acidification in the muscles. Together with epo they are an absolute miracle. I've created 20 different drugs that are still undetectable for the doping testers."

How to Create an Undetectable Blood Drugs by Angel Heredia

"I had one substance called actovison that increased blood circulation – not detectable. That was good from a health standpoint and even better from a competitive standpoint. Then we had the growth factors IGF-1 and IGF-2. And epo. Epo increases the number of red blood cells and thus the transportation of oxygen, which is the key for every athlete: the athlete wants to recover quickly, keep the load at a constantly high level and achieve a constant performance."

                PED Prices by Angel Heredia

"Athletes with little money use simple steroids and hope they don't get tested. The stars earn 50,000 dollars a month, not including starting bonuses and shoe sponsorship contracts. The very best invest 100,000 dollars – I'll then build you a designer drug that can't be detected."

Designer Drugs Menu by Angel Heredia

"We have used creams that leave no trace and give the athlete a steadily higher testosterone levels."

"Designer drugs are composed of several different chemicals that trigger the desired reaction. At the end of the chain I change one or two molecules in such a way that the entire structure is undetectable for the doping testers."

Angel Heredia Laughing at Current Dope Testing

"What's happening now is laughable. It's a token. They should save their money –or give it to me. I'll give it to the orphans of Mexico! There will be doping for as long as there is commercial sports, performance-related shoe contracts and television."

                Source: Spiegel

PEDS should be legal according to Heredia

"I believe we should authorize the use of epo, IGF and testosterone, as well as adrenaline and epitestosterone – substances that the body produces itself. Simply for pragmatic reasons, because it is impossible to detect them, and also because of the fairness aspect."

                Source: Spiegel

                Video of Heredia Demonstrating PEDs

Here's a 2009 German documentary showing Heredia purchasing banned drugs from pharmacies in Mexico City, and injecting himself in the stomach with PEDs:

The problem here is we are not experts and don't know if he's shooting off at the mouth or if its really true. Those articles are from 4 years ago, so its possible what he said was undetectable back them, might be detectable now. When it comes down to it, you believe him if you want to believe him, or disbelieve him because you don't want to believe him. This does nothing for the subject of Marquez being on PED's other than prolonging the debate.
