I like to give people the benefit of the doubt; innocent until proven guilty.
I just do not think its a coincidence how all these guys are coming to boxing and seemingly trying to get one up on each other. Its all very fishy IMO and I wouldn't advice any pro athlete to get involved with these scumbags.
Dealing/distributing is one thing, fcuking up somebodies career and potentially their health/other fighters & basically using them as a guinea pig and having them risk side effects is another.
These guys should not be allowed anywhere near professional sports given their history.
This Memo guy seems a bit weird though with a strange dislike for Donaire which I presume is because he is associated with Conte.
Boxing is all about rivalry and talk, which in turn makes money. Ariza got work because of Pac. Danny Garcia got work because people see his fighters with success and so did Roach, Steward etc...
Memo doesn't like Conte and vice versa. Conte and Ariza also have their twitter beef... lol.
Anyway, boxers need these strength, conditioners and nutritionists because they, unlike other sports need to train in their art, train to be strong and fit, and also lose weight for the scales. This combination means one or the other will affect something.
I think also boxers usually have teams because they feel like they need all the help they can get. They need to feel secure and having an 'expert' that suggests new things to them, may make them feel stronger mentally, and in most cases, physically a lot better because usually they starve to make weight which is definitely not going to be beneficial.
The day and age where boxers eat unhealthy, and only do road work and stuff like that is over at the top level.
khan has decent power, he can put down people when he times and loads his shots, but these days he flurries too much. If Hunter can get Khan to time his shots, then whoever he is facing will taste the canvas at some point.
You look at his last 10 opponents and see how many got knocked down at some stage of the fight.
I actually regret going down that line of argument, punching power is all in technique and Khan has just changed trainers so yeah...
It isn't risky if you know how to eliminate the risk involved. So if Conte has methods that can't be detected right now, there is little to no risk involved.
Keep in mind, Victor Conte is an expert at making PEDs undetectable.
Thing is if Conte has them i guarantee other S&C coaches do as well. Also Conte will not have been able to be in the Lab developing these new masking agents without scrutiny due to his background. Most of the stuff he was doing at balco is probably so outdated now its not even funny.
Until his fighters start failing drugs tests then im afraid all we can do is presume innocence. Esp when they are doing the most testing of all fighters in the world (outside Ams).

It's possible other coaches have them, but probably not. His reputation and connections transcends most of them. Also, Conte does not have the knowledge and skill to develop drugs in the laboratory. Conte is not a guy like Memo who actually has laboratory experience, a chemistry professor as a father, and a university degree in the subject. But the BALCO drugs, much of it would still pass today in boxing because the Commission testing is a joke. It doesn't test for HGH, EPO, etc. Anyway, don't be fooled, Conte didn't make the drugs.
He's already admitted guilt in the recent past! So how does he get to be innocent until proven guilty? How is that not a joke? Lol.
He's not really an expert at making PEDs, like custom designer drugs. But Conte knows where and how to get it though.
but do you think a guy who actually served time for his crimes and has been very vocal about pushing for more testing in boxing, and is open about who he works with is going to risk getting caught again? if he gets caught then that's it for him...heredia is still shady as hell...he changed his name for whatever reason, he doesn't give any info on any of his other clients, and he never served a day in jail...

Again, it's not a risk if you know you won't be caught. Then it's like a drug addict getting released from jail to go work at a pharmacy. The temptation is there right in front of your face. And even if you are able to resist the temptation for a little while, it's very likely you'll fail eventually. He even admitted that he still gets calls about drugs! But that he says he can't help them now. Lol, yeah right.
If he was so much of a saint, why get back into the business of helping athletes through 'supplements' and such? And then getting involved in a sport with arguably the least obstacles in testing? Where there are less rules, less politics, less education, more corruption, etc? When Berto came up dirty, guess who he last was known for working with? Conte, right? Both Conte and Memo are suspect because of their history. Neither of them is more of a saint than the other.
