The words coming out of his mouth did not match his demeanor. Although he came out with the usual rhetoric of how good his performance was you can see he is really disappointed and expected more. Inside he knew that was the old Khan in the ring despite making claims we would see a new transformed version
I think we may well have seen the high water mark of Khan's career. He needed a Hunter in the formative stages and it may all be too late now. But he has only been working for him for a short time so it is totally unrealistic to have high expectations of improvement. That won't show if it ever does for at least 6 months or so. He knows he is not ready for a Garcia rematch on that showing.
