I would expect Broner to win but a lot of people on here underrate Burns.

    He would give Broner problems..

I don't blame Burns for not coming to the USA to fight the guy Golden Boy is hoping to be the new Mayweather. I doubt he gets fair treatment from the judges. I would not blame Broner for not fighting Burns in the UK for the same reason. Broner probably wins but Burns has a chance to win on neutral ground. For this fight to make the most money it has to happen in the UK or the USA so it won't happen.

I get the impression you get your information solely from Boxrec.

Nicky Cook has been done for years, fought Ricky Burns with a back injury which meant he couldn't last 1 round. Literally aggravated the injury in the first exchange of the fight and quit thereafter.

Kevin Mitchell is small for the weight and glass-jawed. It looked like a super featherweight versus a light middleweight in there.

Michael Katsidis has been done for years, and is a very over-rated, predictable fighter.

Paulus Moses is a C- level.

Rocky Martinez was a good win, and a big upset in most peoples eyes. Martinez is probably a B level fighter when on form, fighting in his own backyard, on his own promoters shows.

Burns is an underrated fighter. That said Broner would beat him im sure most would agree.

When Frank Warren is involved im never confident in a fight being made, but if it does and Burns loses thats not the end of things for him. There is other big fights out there at the weight that he is capable of winning.

I hope he takes the fight if it comes his way. A big pay day against a top-class fighter and even in defeat there is a chance he makes a name for himself in America..leading to more big fights.

I wouldn't blame Burns one bit. He can't beat Broner IMO, and could make a very good living beating domestic fighters. That way he can always have supporters claiming he could do this or that instead of having his level shown to him by someone like Broner. That said, I think Ricky will fight him.

Honest question, what do you see that Burns could do to beat Broner?
