Khan vs prime Spinks at 147

Im seeing some parallels with judah and khan in their careers, both fast guys with flaws.

Im trying to decide who was better, thinking about it I dont think Khan could have beat spinks or have given cotto as tough of a fight as judah did.

What do you guys think?
