Khan is a good fighter (looked even faster than ever), he's measuring himself better in there by not getting caught into prolonged exchanges or staying on offense for that split second too long, but he still has the flaws that facilitated the Garcia KO in the first fight.
Molina caught Khan clean leading and with counters, he just didn't have the power to hurt him. Garcia will still be physically stronger and unintimidated (which will allow him to not respect Khan's power), and with his accuracy, counter punching, and offensive mentality, another KO would be an eventuality.
We're getting ahead of ourselves though because if Khan faces Josesito Lopez, he might get stopped (think Khan-Peterson except Lopez could hurt him); tossup fight though.
A misleading comment by Boxing Unclever. Khan "failed to secure" leaves a connotation of Prescott avoiding him, which as we have seen many times, is not true. Prescott has pleaded with Khan for a rematch on any terms at all. Khan ignored him as if he didn't exist. Also, there would have been a eterson rematch long ago if it were not for the legal problems surrounding Peterson's testosterone test.
No need for the Danny Garcia vs Khan rematch to happen. Klan looked like crap, Molina landed the same left hook that Danny knocked him out with, but with out the power that Danny possesses. Klan will get knock out again if he faces off with Danny. Danny will be countering Khan until he lands that perfect hook on khan weak ass chin of his and goes nighty night..
The only thing last night proved, was Khan picked a
feather fisted lightweight, for his return. His Whiskers
can't handle what Lopez and Garcia will bring!!!!
Same out come and we all saw khan chin was tapped all fight against a feather puncher khan has speed no power he's on the down hill and will avoid Garcia for as long as he can but just yap yap
