I wasn't quite sure what to make of that. I mean, how often does that happen? But I agree, it's a concern.

it's a good fight. it wasn't like Guerrero was KTFO by Brewer and that fight was at 154. Guerrero weighed 152 at the weigh in so he might have been weight drained. that was Guerrero's only fight at 154.

just look at Ward vs Dawson, being weight drained will make light puncher look like Mike Tyson.

it's a good fight for Quillin considering who's avaliable at the moment

Very good points (regarding the weight).

I wonder if we can expect to see haymon pitting more of his clients against one another. Like a broner vs Garcia or Garcia vs Lopez or mitchel vs arreola

I just watched the Hassam-Quillin fight last night. I think Quillin lost most rounds but hes power carried him, he had long periods he just took off i think against a fighter tougher to get off their feet, he might be in trouble and loose a decision but do want to see him face top opposition asap.

I dunno, man. I like Pete a whole lot, but I think he's in for trouble versus a top guy. He needs more work. Even then, I'm not sure he'll ever be ready for an elite middleweight.

Me too I've been watching him long enough tho, how will we really know until he gets tossed in the fire and see what happens kinda like Lara v Pwilliams. I noticed he gets lulled in some rounds and becomes very inactive then hes corner would tell him to get the guy out of there and he'd get 2 knockdowns so i'm not sure about him but there's just one way to find out.

Guerrero will get stretched in this one.
