Comments Thread For: Haye is Still Eager: I Want a Klitschko on My Record!

DAVID HAYE insists he is not stressed at waiting to hear if Vitali Klitschko will fight him or hang up his gloves.

The WBC heavyweight champion, 41, is expected to make an announcement on his future next month.

Klitschko’s political career is beginning to take off in his Ukraine homeland and he may decide against one last fight.

And the man who is nicknamed The Hayemaker admits Dr Ironfist’s decision will determine whether he himself boxes on.

If Haye can't get a fight with Vitali then he can always teach Tae Bo.

Did he forget he already has one shameful loss to Klitschko? Jeez, get a boxing career. You're not gonna get a decent Klitschko offer unless you'll bring something to the table.

He had his chance and *****3d out in the ring. I don't see how so many people can conveniently overlook that.

Haye, are you punch drunk? You already have a Kitschko on your record, it's in the loss column.

                "Get a boxing career"

                Bit harsh.

                Admittedly disappointing show against Wladamir.

                But c'mon.

He's not a journeyman is he?

                Just sayin'..

Well, as a former kickboxer and a guy who writes about boxing for a living, let me tell you: Haye is WAY too inactive. If he wants to get another Klitschko shot (on some decent terms, of course), he's got to fight more often than 1 time per year.

He needs to clear his head does he want to box or not!

I don't mind if he continues to box (as I think he is a good and exciting boxer) but he really needs to stop this nonsense.
Go fight Povetkin, Pulev, Price, tyson... beat them all and give us mega fight with Wlad.
