          I see your point, but JMM has never refused a test at anytime. If his opponent's team isn't willing to partake in them then why should that tarnish JMM's victory?

            Roach said he brought it up to Michael Koncz (Pac manager) and Koncz simply said that that Bob Arum wouldn't go for it without talking to Bob. It stopped there before it even got to TR.

              Yeah, but not refusing any tests doesn't make you clean. JMM doesn't need Pacquiao to agree to testing. JMM could just test himself like Donaire if he wants to get rid of the cloud of su****ion. If you're going to work with a former PED dealer, subjecting yourself to advanced testing isn't something anyone should ask you to do. It's something you should just do yourself. I'd be su****ious of Donaire if he wasn't testing 24/7.
