Rankings aside, I think Matthysse is a much more skilled boxer overall than Garcia. Rankings may not always reflect that. I also think Khan is a better fighter than Garcia and beats him 3-4/5 times. I'd give Garcia some respect if he beat Peterson or even Rios.
