Didn't Pacquiao say he would take whatever tests?

I like both fighters, for me Marquez won their third fight as well as the last one but all major boxing bouts need blood drug testing (VADA not USADA).

Apparently he didnt mean it b/c as recent as this last fight he refused test. Random testing from either is a good step forward which Manny still refuses

Are you saying that commission testing is sufficient?

It was sufficient enough for the Pacfarts before so I don't see why it should be different now. Now if you mean in general applying it to all of boxing then no its not sufficient.
