If Freddie Roach and Manny Pacquiao really wanted to see if Marquez was on PEDS then they would have enforced the random blood tests issue but they didn't. Just like with Mosley and JMM in the 3rd fight. Apparently, it wasn't worth it for them to pay for it then why is so much work going into Pacquiao fans saying Marquez was on them? Because there isn't much to write besides conjecture and "he didn't wanna do Floyd's testing".

There's plenty to suggest Floyd and Marquez were on. Marquez is basically proven to me besides being actually caught with his hand in the cookie jar, it's like he was the only one with a key to the jar and he walks around with crumbs all over his shirt.

Heredia asking for VADA's protocol, like it should concern a supposed individual who's duty is simply to be a S&C, is another stain on Marquez's name.
