Pacquiao is always up on the scorecards even when he is losing, with the exception of the Bradley fight. I have to watch a replay to see if Pacquiao was actually winning the fight. Pac did connect good punches on Marquez but that's because Marquez chose to fight a different style of fight. Marquez is too intelligent & he chose to trade more punches with Pacquiao because he knew that they would never give him a fare chance on the scorecards, he felt confindent that he could take Pacquios punches & eventually win the fight and that's exactly what happend. People can make any excuses they want but if anyone still has any doubt on who the better fighter is, just watch the replay and see how your eight division catch weight champ got KTFO by a superior fighter.
