Besides, the obvious one of using the jab more often.

Not really much different with either crack head tbh.

Floyd is one of those guys who doesn't really need a trainer.

I know he'd tell him stay off the ropes. It's not that Floyd isn't capable of fighting off the ropes, he's very effective and still one of the best at fighting off the ropes, but he's more effective and consistent when he fight in the center of the ring and Sr would encourage him do just that.

I doubt their partnership would last. Sr is a control freak from what I hear, and lil Floyd don't like to be told what to do. They'd argue like they did on Ortiz-Mayweather 24/7.

          It will get ugly!

I think he would fight about the same way. He has been fighting successfully for so many years that he is not going to change much at this late date. His dad might get him to jab more like you said.

I'm not sure he can do that anymore.

He might throw more punches and string longer combinations together.

You think so? I always thought Sr was the one who emphasized a stiff jab and defense

Roger also seemed like more of a yes man for Floyd. Sr would tell Floyd what to do more often then not. Might be better for him at this point of his career.
