El Chino is looking pudgy. How hard did he train for this fight?

Maidana looks a bit soft but healthy, he normally looks very drawn in and emaciated.

A little too soft IMO. But hey, so long as he stays busy, I really don't care. I'd rather see a fighter remain active between fights to stay sharp. If the competition is a little sub-par then so be it. I'm good with it if he takes meaningful fights after his tune-ups.

He needs to grow into the weight properly. He carrying excess fat and still came in under the limit. On the plus side he did look like he had made a lot of improvements under Garcia the last time I saw him fight. Was jabbing more and slipping punches.
