It comes in many forms, but it's everything IMO.

Discipline to training, discipline to nutrition, discipline to working a gameplan. Don't care how much natural talent someone has, discipline is the key. A great talent without discipline will fail.

Discipline means doing what you know you ought to be doing at all times, no matter what.

If one applies the above to a sound plan of action, one stands their best chance of success.
