Pacquiao was falsely given the Fighter of the Decade award thanks to the blind boxing writers/experts. Pacquiao should be privileged to be able to fight the real runner-up in JMM. The winner of the FOTD, we all know who it really is. I would put Pacquiao at #4 after Hopkins.

definitely marquez gained alot of popularity in mexico and somewhat around the world for his fights with pac..while pac gained fame with his fights with barrera, morales, oscar, hatton, cotto, and margarito. he was always overshadowed by barrera and morales, hell even canelo seemed to be more popular among the general population of mexicans than marquez...but i think that has all changed now after the KO win against pac.
