Round 5, 1:31 left int he round, it was literally the same punch expcet Marquez caught him on his eye instead of the chin. It was after Pacquiao knocked down JMM and tried getting aggresive.

It was a huge punch and RJJ screamed OHHHH

The 2 differences were that marquez finally had enough muscle on him to really put some hurt behind it and pacquiao squared up because he thought he had marquez hurt.
