Will floyd fight the new marquez?

Because Marquez had never before fought above 135 lbs and had fought at 130 lbs as recently as March 2008, while Mayweather had campaigned at 147 lbs since 2005, the fight was scheduled to take place at a catchweight of 144 lbs to account for the size disparity between the two fighters.

floyd vs JMM 1 was a joke. JMM fought as a guy 7 lbs heavier than he has ever fought before.

Who wants to bet that floyd won't fight JMM or pacman before he retires without any weight clauses?

    fight pac? lol ok...

fight jmm? why? so he can dominate 12 rounds to none, or possibly stop him?

no thanks. dont get it twisted. marquez KOing pac does not equate coming anywhere near the door of beating mayweather, or even winning 1 round against mayweather for that matter.

    lol you guys man...

Pathetic. The damage control over the past hours is evident. Pacfarts are on life support

Weight makes no difference in this case, it's a mismatch in every way.

Marquez may have some more power now, but he looked even slower than he was in 2009 with that extra mass. The problem there? He was too slow to land anything on Mayweather 3 years ago, he landed about 2 clean punches in 12 rounds while taking a complete beating...an even slower version will get an even worse beating.

If you want another one-sided destruction then I gues this rematch would make sense.

Apparently in the Philippines, matchmaking gets done by saying:

"I bet so and so won't fight so and so".

            The negotiations ensue.

Not even the New Marquez feels confident he'd win against Floyd.

                Besides, Arum won't allow it.

There is now 'new' marquez. He fought a great fight, but has no chance of beating Floyd. Marquez used Manny's careless aggression against him. Floyd wouldnt be careless. Would be a boring wide UD for Mayweather and utterly pointless as both fighters are at the tail end of there careers.
