Should I call the police for my friend?

He is a major Pacfan, he's actually from the Philippine so of course he's proud of his fellow countrymen.

But everysince last night everyone who calls his cellphone it automatically goes to VM, and his car is in the yard, but he's not answering the door.

Do you think he is just to angry to answer the door, or worse?
