Anyone who thinks Floyd wasn't afraid to fight Pac with his steroid accusations and health preservation is a ******. This fight in no way vindicates that cherry picking coward. Just another example of Floyd waiting out his challenges. Love how flowmo's think Floyd just got a KO.

What you fail to see is that all those three prior matches ended in controversies with JMM saying he won and the judges robbed him & a lot of boxing writers agreeing with him. In this match JMM knocked Pac out. BaaWah, no controversy. A definitive ending and no need for a rematch. After 3 close fights with JMM topped with a brutal knockout loss I'm not sure Pac wants any more of JMM. He might talk a good game for the public but he has to be thinking, 'damn, I just got ktfo. Do I want that again'.I really hope Marquez grants Manny the possibility of a rematch. However, I think it's unlikely. Marquez no longer seems interested judging by his post interviews. I think that's a **** move considering Manny granted him not one but two rematches.
Regardless, I would still like to see Pacquiao fight Mayweather and Marquez fight Bradley.Comment

I haven't chimed in on the fight but I figure now is the time. First and foremost I have to say, " Manny. You got knocked the f@ck out"! That was a great fight and even better shot. Secondly, I have always liked Manny but I do have a lot more like for him in the way he has taken this loss. His humble spirit and acceptance of the KO deserves to be applauded. He could have down played it and acted like it was lucky but he manned up. I think Manny should take an easier fight like the Magic Man or something. He deserves it. JMM should push for a rematch with Money. To only make money of course because I believe the fight will be a white wash again. The only reason I say lets have a rematch for the 5th time is from the money stand point. Unless either one is going up in weight for Canelo, Cotto or fighting Floyd, they will not make as much dough. Manny was never gonna beat Floyd to be honest. The same thing would have happened with the check hooks and quick counters from Floyd. Probably not the 1 punch KO but a beating would have ensued if Manny could not land the perfect punch. All in all my hats are off to both fighters. I was bobbing and weaving in my recliner until the fight came on but it was well worth the wait.Comment

I think the brutal knock out kind of evens things out. And Roach's career has looked far from Hall of Famemish lately.the series is still 2-1-1 favoring pacquiao.
I think pac won the first 2 fights . i scored 3 a draw and of course this knock out.
if there is a 5th fight, then why should the boxing world get mad. it is a great fight all the time and there were so many fireworks. Pacquiao just got hit with one that he didn't see and thats boxing.Comment

Please don't insult snakes with that comparison. But you do have to love Arum. One minute he is consoling Pac's wife and the next moment he's trying to lineup the next fight with JMM.Comment

Haha, well said. I think it plays out in his head something like this: "Damn, I've been trying to knock this Mexican out since '04 and every time I think I have him I just piss him off more. I should just go back to fighting bigger guys...." And also the Pedro Martinez/Yankees line. "I should just call Marquez my daddy"What you fail to see is that all those three prior matches ended in controversies with JMM saying he won and the judges robbed him & a lot of boxing writers agreeing with him.
