    Not really.

Floyd doesnt have a legit record for years.

JMM has been chasing floyd's daddy for a number of years though.

No upper echelon fighter looks bad when compared with the floyd of today (record wise).

It escapes me how some people can say ****** **** like this, which they know is a lie, and not feel ashamed. I like JMM more than Mayweather, but I'm not going to lie to myself about the hard facts.

Come on now, Almost everybody considers floyds resume a little above mediocrity after he came back fighting undersize JMM, the PAC KO the last fight virtually eclipsed floyds entire comeback.

No. Floyd beat a greater lightweight even, Jose Luis Castillo. and a greater Welterweight, Sugar Shane Mosley.

Marquez has wins over Peden, Gainer, Salido, Barrera, Casamayor, J. Diaz, Katsidis, and Pacquiao. He has questionable losses to Norwood and John.

Floyd has wins over Genaro, Manfredy, Corrales, C. Hernandez, Chavez, Castillo, Gatti, Judah, Baldomir, De La Hoya, Hatton, Marquez himself, Mosley, Ortiz, and Cotto.

Before anyone goes bashing certain fights, remember what the thoughts were going into the fight or prior to it being signed.

Floyd-Baldomir, yes it's not Floyd's best win of course, but he has was someone that Floyd was supposedly avoiding in 2006 too, when Floyd fought Judah. Floyd-Hatton, another one Floyd was supposedly avoiding. Floyd tried to fight Hatton in 2005 at 140, Hatton and his team said they weren't ready. Hatton had won a title at 147 and was Top 10 P4P. Floyd-Mosley, EVERYONE wanted this fight when it happened, everyone. Everyone was saying Floyd would avoid Mosley for that fight. Floyd also tried to fight Mosley 4-5 years earlier too. Floyd-Ortiz, there were also many people saying Floyd wouldn't fight a young strong southpaw, coming off what was an impressive win over Berto at the time. People were saying Floyd wouldn't take that risk. Floyd-Cotto, again many people were saying Floyd would fight Canelo at 154 and avoid Cotto at 154.

People get so much s**t twisted. Floyd's overall wins and full resume is clearly, CLEARLY, above Marquez.

LOL. in your deluded fan boy world.

                      Im not even a pacttard.

floyd inactivity, chronic ducking, cherry picks, multiple retirement just placed him a couple of spot below Joe Calazaghe. true story.
