    Mayweather vs Marquez 2

.... Once again very easy work for Mayweather.

There needs to be an understanding on who simply is the better counter puncher/overall boxer. No matter what weight.

    Folks your thoughts...

Marquez-Bradley is a more intriguing fight. But I would prefer for Marquez to call it a career and go out on top.

just say no! *****s! it would be a repeat 12-0, Marquez is smaller p4p would be more competitive prime for prime/ equal size aka both natural welters either way Mayweather is the superior counterpuncher and has all the size advantages plus he makes marquez be the aggressor.

I would love nothing more than to see Mayweather photoshopped into racecar beds at the hands of JMM.

But he is not the one to do it. Bad style match-up.

Don't let tonight's performance deceive you either. He should get out of boxing soon. He has made his mark, money and has nothing left to prove

It's a good fight to sell now, though I doubt it goes much different. Bigger Marquez is a slower Marquez, which means he lands even less shots then last time and Mayweather doesn't jump into punches like Manny does, so I don't see that one perfect counter punch ever coming.

Not that I don't think Marquez shouldn't consider this match. It'll make money and Marquez is about 40 without a whole lot left to prove in his career. If he gets that perfect shot and wins, he goes down as an all-time great, no questions asked. If he loses (as I think he most likely would), it's only one more loss against a whole ton of wins and it comes against a guaranteed hall-of-famer, so I don't think it diminishes his career at all.

Win-win for Marquez and possibly for Mayweather, too.

EDIT: Just want to add that I also agree with those who say Marquez should consider just retiring now on a high note.

Marquez its a living legend ... but yeah Floyd its just a bad matchup for him, Manny goes to him when Juan waits for him.

If u fight a waiting fight against Floyd u are just givin it away he would just potshot marquez all night and it would be a scorecards wipeout again.

Still new buff marquez rocks ! im still pumped because of the fight that was just history in the making.
