Lets say hypothetically that Marquez clearly beats Pacquiao in a good win, where does Pacquiao go from here? Of course Mayweather would want even more than just 55% of the profits, but I don't see that fight happening anyways.

Mayweather will wait another Pacman fight until Pacman is totally shot. Of course, he will want even more than 80% after that. He's like a vulture waiting for carcasses. Meanwhile, he's flying high riding the air waves of inactivity.

Dont worry that inactivity will bite him in the ass one day. whether he still has the hunger to fight or not. cant run from inactivity woes that will catch up to you eventually. no matter who you are.

Both could retire or fight on!!! Who ever looses has lost to an excellant fighter, someone has to loose!!! If you fight a quality fight with a huge effort and your opponent bests you thats all you can do! You were defeated by a better fighter that night, big deal! Once it over theres no going back. Ray

Yeah, it's pretty sad. It's clear that deep down Mayweather thinks he'd lose to Pacquiao. He'd never ever admit that though. He definitely doesn't have much confidence that he could beat him. The sad thing is, that Mayweathers' counter-punching fighting style would give Pacquiao a lot of problems, and he still doesn't want the fight. Even if Mayweather did lose, it still wouldn't take much away from his career. He's easily a HOF fighter & one of the best to ever box.

After so many years of being the best I think he should retire if Marquez clearly wins. I think Roach would advise him to retire.
