Vazquez has fougth alot of contenders while the other Gesta has fought nothing but BUMS how anybody could pick Gesta is beyond me. This figth will show us where Gesta is at but base on who has fought the better competition i will have to go with Vazquez not only that but Gesta has a very low work rate and his style is all wrong for Vazquez.

I think Vasquez need not to think his next oppnent but to focus on Gesta, because Gesta is a very live opponent, hungry, and isn't too far to give him a hell of a fight and an upset loss! Though Vasquez is well experienced fighting top dogs yet Gesta's resume isn't that bad too. I wouldn't be surprised if Gesta will win and capture that IBF title!

fair enough, welcome to the teamYou're confusing my thoughts on Rigo-Donaire with Gamboa. I never said Yuri couldn't beat Donaire. Tell you right now, Gamboa beats Nonito. I'm not sure about Guillermo, though. At least not at the present time.
I never said I thought Lopez would beat Yuri, either. Before the first Salido spanking, I considered JuanMa a dangerous opponent for Yuri (I still do), but I always gave Gamboa the edge.
Now, Broner is another story. Adrien is good on many counts. But on top of all his qualities, he's big. Broner can easily fight as a welterweight some day, while Yuri is beginning to push his natural capabilities, even at 135.
"El Ciclon" is my horse, bro. Don't misunderstand me. I'll back Gamboa through wins and losses. But I try hard to see the truth, in boxing and in my very life.

You have a very good point there.
He could be slick at times but running most of the time doesn't make you THAT slick. To me slick = Mayweather when he stays in the pocket and makes you miss.Comment

I've always been "part of the team;" I just never drank the "Kool Aid." Our boys don't need any special "help" from their fans. They prove all they need to prove in the ring.
It's the way I roll in real life, not just on this forum. I don't talk trash I wouldn't have the guts to say to your face. I don't say shit I don't truly believe. I've read nonsense from some Filipinos here that think Farenas has a shot tonight. It's a joke. I'm not the Cuban equivalent of those guys.Comment
