"Iron" Mike Tyson will now be "second in command" in the corner of Heavyweight contenders/brothers Sultan and Timor Ibragimov (20-0-1, 12 KO's).

Tyson will debut in the corner of Timor on February 24th 2006, on the Glen Johnson undercard at the Hard Rock Live Arena in Hollywood, Florida, where Ibragimov will be facing Thomas Hayes (22-1, 15 KO).

Interesting question, I do know that he has a ton of boxing knowledge, whether or not that translates into being a good trainer remains to be seen.

Possibly, but there is some deeper connection to the Ibragimov brothers that Mike has than we are realizing I think. Besides the fact that their ******, like Mike, I'm wondering if they know each other through a third party?

Wasn't Mike congratulating Ibragimov after the Whitaker fight? Something is going on there but I still think it's a PR. I think Mike is getting something to hang around Ibragimov.
