After what happened in 2006, Bob has a vendetta against Floyd...He'll try this keep-away move until Mayweather retires
Especially since he was able to fight De La Hoya that next year which really had him fuming

Floyd wouldn't give a dime to Bob Arum. That is why he told Cotto to f-ck off and become his own boss in 2007 if he wants a fight. Which Cotto did a little late, 5 years later. He said him and Arum don't see eye to eye and can't do business together and Arum doesn't get along with his adviser Al Haymon.
Neither of them want to do business together. Arum doesn't want his fighters losing to Floyd or any outsider for that matter, and he wants 100% of the money from events. Floyd just doesn't want to work with Arum, he doesn't want Arum getting a penny from his fights. Floyd will not forget the smear campaigns Arum ran on him right after he left TR.

At least that's what I was able to piece together

This **** is funny.
Why does every time someone say something about Floyd or Floyd does something Arum always has to comment on it? Just let it go...
We get it that Arum hates the fact that Floyd left him and became the biggest star and highest paid athlete in the sport. Floyd made it clear he will not break bread with any TR fighters and Arum.
