    well looks like donaire/mares is never going to happen with the things Arum is saying in this interview. He has to bite his tongue, some of the things he said about the Showtime VP can be said about himself as well.

    No way this fight ever happens unless Mares goes to Top Rank. These types of situations are what makes it difficult to be a fan of boxing sometimes. So ridiculous.

                  I certainly didn't think it was going to happen, I just find it odd how he is running down Showtime who is one of two viable options for paying decent money for fights.

                  It doesn't seem like a wise business move but Arum is famous for burning bridges.
