sequences floyd killed the fight (first negotiation)

1) knowing that pacman got busted eardrums from cotto and election campaign starts on february 2010...floyd sent arum to "force" pacman accept to fight in march 2010, probably hoping pacman won't accept terms.
2) pacman accepted to fight on march 2010...floyd got eerily silent for a week. floyd demanded OSDT-RBT. pacman asked for cut off dates due to expected intense training.
3) arum and GBP at the airport for dallas to inspect agreed upon venue cowboys coliseum...floyd ordered cancellation because he will only fight in vegas.
4) floyd started smear campaign to destroy pacman's reputation...pacman sued floyd.
5) floyd in turn, made the negotiation difficult and impossible.
6) pacman and arum abandoned the talks because election is fast approaching, and sensed that floyd has no intention to fight pacman.

How do you spot a Fool? Easy. Someone who is INCAPABLE of seeing how both sides have put up blocks and impasses. Both Pac and Floyd's egos along with their managment have a combined ego that could blow a hole through 50 feet of solid steel in a second flat.
